An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That's why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our sof tware program achieves success.
As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding sof tware development. The Navy client will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the naval market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact naval systems while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have: 15+ years of experience with project management 10+ years of experience working on DoD programs 5+ years of experience in DoD program management 5+ years of experience with supporting the DoD acquisition life-cycle Experience with managing software delivery projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Nice If You Have: Experience as a lead architect, business analyst, or agile portfolio manager Knowledge of DevSecOps te chn iques, continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment, trade studies and analysis of alternatives, and development of end-to-end solution deployment across environmentsAbility to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution CompTIA Security+ or IAT II 8570 CertificationPMP or Agile CertificationClearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
