Technical Competencies and responsibilitiesEnsuring efficient and effective operations of the macadamia kernel, cosmetic oil and food grade protein/oil production processes.Effective management and motivation of all production staff.Planning and organising production schedulesMonitoring productivity rates and product standards and improvement programmesNegotiating and agreeing production budgets and timescales with managersEnsuring that health and safety regulations are metEnsuring quality control standards are met in the production processOverseeing constant improvement of production processesRe-negotiating production timescales or schedules as necessaryEnsure that FSSC 22,000 standards are followed in the kernel processing, cosmetic oil and food grade oil and protein production lines Behavioural Competencies:Ability to perform under pressure.Ability to set deadlines and achieve them.Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Literacy and numeracyStrong computer knowledge including accounting software and Excel skills.
