Production Manager

Responsibilities: - Plan and operate an efficient production of all products - Minimise waste products - Continuously improve and implement new systems and process technologies - Oversee maximum product traceability - Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of production areas - Effective people management - Setting up production capital, operating and maintenance budgets - Involved in the design, layout and setting up of new production lines - Health and Safety Custodian Requirements: - Management and/or Food Technology Qualification (Not negotiable) - 5 8 years Management Experience - 5 8 Years Production Experience - Sage X3 (Advantageous) - Sound knowledge of production processes - Experience in lean manufacturing - Excellent problem solving and Analytical skills - Leadership and Management Skills - Ability to relate at all levels - Honest, ethical with high performance standards - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self Starter - Attention to detail ***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
