The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to ensure optimal use of resources and timely completion of orders Monitor and analyze production output, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Manage and train a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to address production issues and implement process improvements Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and ensure consistent quality Review and analyze production data, such as production reports and quality control reports, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Manage production budgets and expenses Requirements Previous experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of production processes and quality control principles Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or related field Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
