We're looking for a highly organised production manager to join our fast-growing content team in Cape Town. This role is multifaceted and suited to an experienced writer who has equal lashings of creativity and attention to detail and is inherently process driven.
You will be expected to run content through the right workflows on time, while evaluating briefs and writing to ensure the work aligns for both stakeholders and the creative team. The successful incumbent will also be an adept writer, who can tackle any brief, from travel and dining to product guides and brand content, while mentoring other writers in the team.

Production Flow and Quality Assurance | 25% Oversee?the production flow of content, from stakeholder brief to end product, ensuring work is fully QAed and meets the brief Process development | 10% Work closely with the EMEA content leads to refine processes Ensure content delivery | 25% Chase commissioning editors, writers and proposition owners to ensure that content is delivered to schedule Monitor and manage Ten's communications schedule to ensure no delays or clashes in content release Represent content in meetings and communication | 20% Act as a liaison for content with external departments, assisting with briefing processes and sign offs Run daily meetings with the content team, and represent the content team in meetings with other stakeholders Content quality control | 5% Work closely with the senior sub editors to ensure content is meticulously checked, is expressed with Ten's tone of voice and tells the story of Ten Content Creation | 5% Create content for guides and special projects as needed Assist Global Commissioning Editor with writing and reviewing content when necessary Onboarding and Training | 10% Onboard new team members with production processes Strong experience as a senior writer with strong organisational skills Experience in managing workflows Strong people skills Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Confident playing a key role within a major company Strong administration skills Our people are at the heart of the business and we have a culture of recognition and reward - both through regular appraisals but also annual Extra Mile Awards where we celebrate those who have gone that extra mile in their role.
