Production Manager (Cape Town)

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or NQF level 4 Diploma in Production Management advantageous 4 Years' experience in line management Responsibilities Manage, lead and control a group of Polyproppers, Frame Makers, Pickers, Runners and General Workers Ensure that all employees are exposed to a healthy and safe working environment Ensure that the units produced are on target for each department and are of the correct quality standard Consequence management Contribute to the greater goal of the factory Daily meetings with planning as per the production meeting Weekly Supervisor meetings Audits of goods used in Production to determine minimum and maximum requirements per item daily Reporting of hourly figures and targets to Factory Manager TO APPLY: Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
