Production Application Manager - Bakery Or Packaging

The main purpose is to optimize customer experience, collaborate with internal partners, stay updated on product developments, conduct market research, spearhead product development, and manage multiple projects effectively. Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Consumer Science. Proven experience (5-7 years) in baking technology, preferably in industrial-scale baking environments. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed. Product Development: Work collaboratively with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve equipment issues and seamlessly integrate solutions into their business operations.
