Using the Product Development Framework, the Product Owner must ensurethat the product lifecycle is well managed.Roadmap Management: The Product Owner is responsible for developing and updating the productroadmap. This may require the Product Owner to interface with other Product Owners to ensure that there is roadmap alignment.Team Leadership - The Product Owner is responsible for the motivation and management of the projectteam.They must ensure that all team members are working together effectively, are communicating with other teams and that they are producing quality work, in line with the overall product visionTravel:Product Owners will need to travel, there will be a need to meet with stakeholders at all stages of the product development life cycleWork Hours:There is a company standard of 9 hours (8 hours work and 1-hour lunch), there may be a need to work longer hours or occasionally on weekends, but this will be managed with the product owner manager
