RequirementsBachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Procurement or relevant qualificationUp to 6 years of relevant experienceMCIPS (Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) accreditation is requiredResponsibilities Implement the procurement strategic and operational plans in line with the firm's business requirementsDevelop and maintain procurement policy and proceduresProvide ongoing training to stakeholders on procurement systems, policies, and proceduresManage FRx processes or contract renewals, SLAs Service Level Agreements), and performance indicatorsAnalyse, identify and mitigate key risks that impact the Firm by implementing risk alert systems and managing risk controls in line with the required procurement standardsCost control by ensuring that goods/services are purchased from the right supplier at the right timeReducing risk by increasing contract coverage and conducting counterparty due diligence when requiredBuilding stakeholder relationshipsEnhancing supplier relationships and building overall efficiency
