Responsibilities Source and procure materials and services to meet client's needs. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain cost-efficiency by negotiating pricing based on quotes and work done. Improve sourcing process to maximize quality and minimize cost. Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve any account queries. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Purchasing Management or related field. At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of procurement practices and procedures. Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
