Our team in Cape Town, Killarney Gardens has a vacancy for a Procurement Officer will be responsible for.Managingand controlling stock purchases including overseeing delivery requirements onan ongoing basis.Creating andmaintaining professional relationships with suppliers, gaining a deepunderstanding of their capabilities and limitations in meeting companyperformance standards. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESEnd to end purchase orderprocessing.COA management, collectionof COA's from suppliers for approval by Quality and Regulatory Filing/General administrationFollow up and closure ofIncident Reports, ensuring non-conformances are reported, investigated andclosed out as per the HSE & Quality NCR process.Adherence to companypolicies, procedures, safety, health, and environmental standards.YOUR PROFILEMatricDiploma in Procurement/ SupplyChain/Logistics and/or relevant tertiary education preferred.Minimum of 3 years'experience and sound knowledge of Procurement processes, systems/SupplyChain/LogisticsWorking knowledge of SAPadvantageous.Sound financial, andanalytical skills.Abilityto work under a high-pressure environment.Ability to workeffectively as part of a team and influence at all levels, and to identifypractical and proportionate solutions to challenging or complex issues.OUR OFFER Market related
