Managingand controlling stock purchases including overseeing delivery requirements onan ongoing basis.
Creating andmaintaining professional relationships with suppliers, gaining a deepunderstanding of their capabilities and limitations in meeting companyperformance standards. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESEnd to end purchase orderprocessing.
COA management, collectionof COA's from suppliers for approval by Quality and Regulatory
Filing/General administration
Follow up and closure ofIncident Reports, ensuring non-conformances are reported, investigated andclosed out as per the HSE & Quality NCR process.
Adherence to companypolicies, procedures, safety, health, and environmental standards.
YOUR PROFILEMatric
Diploma in Procurement/ SupplyChain/Logistics and/or relevant tertiary education preferred.
Minimum of 3 years'experience and sound knowledge of Procurement processes, systems/SupplyChain/Logistics
Working knowledge of SAPadvantageous.
Sound financial, andanalytical skills.
Abilityto work under a high-pressure environment.
Ability to workeffectively as part of a team and influence at all levels, and to identifypractical and proportionate solutions to challenging or complex issues.
