Business Development

Supportand leads business development initiatives,
Drivesclient relationship building.
Sales and Proposals

Supportsthe sales process, solution framing and leads proposals,
Buildsclient and industry knowledge.
Project Management and Delivery

Projectinitiation and project implementation design,
Projectmanagement – time, cost, quality and delivery,
Demonstrateadvanced consulting skills.
Personal Growth

Proactivegeneral people and talent management,
Personalresponsibility for individual development,
Drivestalent development (performance, coaching, interviews, recruitmentor talent programs),
Supportcollaborative team initiatives, team contributor and supports others.

Requirements · Minimum 5-10 years management consulting orprofessional services experience to deliver across a range of business,strategic, tactical, and transformational projects.

· Industry experience - Mining/Energy/FinancialServices (pref), Telecoms/FMCG (open to).

· Experience in three or more of the following: Leadership & Culture, Organisation Design, Change Management and Human Capital

· Exceptional verbal, written and presentationskills.

· Ability to engage and build impactfulrelationships.

· Have a strong human centered approach and showsoft skills.

· Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively as a team.
