Pretoria North: JUNIOR ATTORNEY Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (male or female) -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) -Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed -Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must -Approximately 1 to 3 years post admission experience in General Litigation a must -Computer literate (Caselines / Lexpro preferred) -Drivers license and own vehicle a must -Must currently reside in Pretoria / within commuting distance -To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately Duties: -High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation (General Litigation, Family Law-, Civil Law matters, some Criminal Law matters etc.) -General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.) Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience Junior level) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to oneilc(at)telkomsa.net and indicate the following: - Reference CR2530 ; and - Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with the offered amount.
