Post-Trade Specialist

My client, and well-respected investment management business seeks a Post-trade Specialist to join their operations team. Good strong team and looking for a specialist who will ensure all trades; equity, fixed income and derivative are accurate, on time and settled.Responsibilities:Action and monitor confirmation and settlement of all tradesEnsure brokers and custodians receive the required informationUtilising custodian and broker online portals to monitor and instruct trades/payments where necessaryCompleting various regulatory and internal reportingProactive review and improvement of processes as requiredOverseeing project work from planning through to testing, implementation as requiredRequirements:Minimum of a completed commerce / finance / accounting related degree qualificationMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar trade role within fund services or asset managementGood ability to work well in a varied and tight deadline driven environmentAbility to deal with complexity and be an analytical and solutions focusedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
