The Performance Analyst is responsible to interpret data captured as per the annual audit plan. The Performance Analyst will use various sources and interpret patterns and trends to offer ways to improve the effectiveness of the sales force.
To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve our clients operations.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesOffice based Audits: The Performance Analyst is responsible to interpret data captured as per the annual audit plan;The Performance Analyst will use various sources and interpret patterns and trends to offer ways to improve the effectiveness of the sales force.To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve our clients operations.Monitors and report on back-office verification such as, but not limited to: call co-ordinates; POS implementation; distribution; pricing adherence and promotion execution.This will be done by comparing what was captured vs photos captured.Overseeing of Junior Performance Analysts and verification of their data. Ad Hoc: The Auditing team will also perform Ad Hoc audits / investigations from time to time. Examples:
National or Regional promotion implementation or activations.Any other adhoc activities captured by the sales force as per request from the Client. 3. Reporting and feedback
