Well-established manufacturing company seeks to employ an HR Administrator with excellent payroll experience at their premises in Goodwood area. For the position you would be required to have: Grade 12/Matric National Diploma in HR will be a definite advantage Around 5 years' relevant experience MS Office literate, especially Excel Kronos, Saflec, Mpower experience will be advantageous Manufacturing, time and attendance and payroll experience is important Sound knowledge of Labour Laws Responsibilities would include you to: Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & Monthly payroll. Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously Processing of weekly & monthly Input accurately and on time Checking payslips to ensure input reflects Capturing of leave, training & Disciplinaries on H.R System Generate various reports as required e.g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes. Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, Loan applications etc. Ensure that all H.R administration for Retirement Fund home Loans / Beneficiary forms / Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time Assist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to time   Please apply online or contact Jan van Dyk on 021 – 531 2015 for more information
