Parts Cashier

Our well established luxury dealer client based in Johannesburg is looking to employ an experienced parts cashier in the automotive industry.Job DescriptionThe main purpose of the job is to ensure effective reconciliation of cash and clearance of customer cheques. The role also requires effective management of internal payment transfers and processing of parts estimate costing. The role also requires effective checking of unclaimed cash parts and effective management of the float and ad hoc requests. The cashier moreover needs to assist in effective building and maintenance of customer relationshipsQualifications and Experience Motor industry experience understanding and knowledge an advantage Technical expertise, experience, understanding and knowledge Understanding of process management Basic understanding of financial management People management Communication skills MS office (intermediate)
