These jobs were popular with other job seekersAre you a young and motivated, energetic salesman/woman with a strong command of the English language?Do you want your work ethic, drive and ambition to determine how much money you make?Then look no further!We are looking for resilient, young and dynamic sales consultants to join our ever growing team at the head office in Bedfordview.RECENT MATRICULANTS WELCOME!Duties & Responsibilities• Maintaining Relationships with DealersResponsibilities and Duties• To contact dealers and ensure relationship building to increase the number of leadsreceived and ultimately sales made.• Meeting minimum daily call targets.• Adding new dealers to dealer book.• Adding new dealers on CURA.• Maintaining relationships with new and current dealers through calls, emails and viaWhatsApp.• Gathering information from clients in order to provide them with insurance quotes.• Explain to customers about new products and benefits, ensure all knowledge ofinsurance products is up to date.• Selling the relevant quote to the client and assisting them in making an informeddecision regarding their insurance cover.• Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion.• Liaising with Underwriting: make sure the client has been transferred to Underwritingto get the policy underwritten.• Ensure that all admin is completed daily.• At all times, update Cura with all details pertaining to last conversation with client.• ILD test – attending training and passing tests on a monthly basis.• Perform all other assigned duties.• Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate, persuade clients to reach a compromise.• Communication Skills: written and verbal: the capacity to clearly present information.• Building Relationships: Capacity to establish constructive and effective relationships.• Performance Driven: Ability to be motivated to take action, seize opportunities andpursue goals.• Managing Self: Capacity to plan, organise and control own working environment bysetting appropriate priorities and achieving set objectives within a given time frameDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful applicant must have:A valid South African ID Matric Advantageous:RE5Within DOFA or fully qualified with RE5 and creditsExperience within the short term insurance industryThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
