What will you be doing? At PinPoint Media, we understand the importance of emerging platforms for performance driven digital content. Our data-driven, human-inspired approach ensures that our content and campaigns cut through and deliver for our clients.
We are looking for a strategic talented Paid Media Specialist with a good knowledge of the agency and digital landscape. You will join our fantastic international team of ambitious and driven creatives supporting every touchpoint of the business from client services to creative and production.
Reporting into our Paid Social Manager, and working within the wider Paid Team, the ideal candidate will understand current and emerging social platforms, and focus on building, analysing and optimising paid campaigns for maximum performance.

Role & Responsibilities Developing, implementing, and managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others. Monitoring campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates, ROAS, CPA, Hold and Hook Rates, among others. People management and client liaison. Responding promptly to client communications, providing regular and concise performance updates, with actionable insights. Conducting brand and audience research to effectively target ads and maximise campaign performance. Writing engaging ad copy, and providing data-driven recommendations for ad creative, that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging. Collaborating with our internal content and design teams to ideate and develop high performing paid assets. Optimising campaign settings, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve performance and achieve KPIs. Continuously testing and experimenting - finding opportunities to improve campaign performance, driving exceptional results and fuelling account growth. Monitor daily budget pacing to ensure optimal allocation and maximise campaign effectiveness. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across the Paid Media advertising landscape.
Skills & Experience At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms - hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin. Demonstrable professional experience working in-account, setting-up and managing Paid Social campaigns for diverse clients, across multiple channels. Tech savvy, proficient with using Google applications, and comfortable with new online digital tools. Experience in paid creative, e-commerce brands, and analytics tools will be an advantage. Agency experience preferable. Copywriting writing experience. Must be detail-oriented, diligent and well organised. Great team player with a client-centric focus. Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A problem solver who is proactive and driven. Self-motivated and ambitious. Sense of humour. Personable Socially minded. Eager to learn.
