Purpose of the role:Google AdWords Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a strong ROI.Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, optimizing ad spend to maximize results and meet business requirements.Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases for campaigns.Ad Content Creation: Write and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates and conversions.Job Responsibilities:A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine ad campaigns, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors' digital advertising strategies.Lead Supplier Coordination: Liaise, engage, refine, assist, manage and report on various lead suppliers ensuring they are staying within budget for Google Adwords and are delivered the desired results.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful Google AdWords campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads, including certification, and a strong understanding of PPC advertising best practices.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong budget management skills.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and keyword research tools.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Behavioural:DrivenMotivatedEnthusiasticPositive AttitudeWorks well in a team and as an individualProactiveWhat can they offer you:Very comfortable office environment (inspiring creativity)Collaborative and friendly team environment (true team spirit)Team building and fun office initiatives for inclusion and funSubsidised canteenClose to Gateway and transport amenities
