Outbound Customer Services Agent

Responsibilities:Maintain and update schedulesManage and monitor bookings with shippingProcess bookings and send booking confirmation to customersFollow up on quotes Clear Internal Sentry (latency) reportsStrategic container planning Handling hazardous applications / paperworkSend transport and packing instructions to warehouse and transporterSend empty depot releases to shipping line prior to container collectionReceive all required shipping documents: shipping instruction / bill of entry prior to packing / commercial invoice / packing list and fumigation certificateProcess shipping line's shipping instructionPrepare required trade documents (EG CNCA for Luanda)Invoice customers and process creditor invoicesSubmit RCG to SARSPrint, stamp, and release bills for customer collectionProcess cargo duesProcess acquittals to shipping lineCost, close and post fileIssue telex releases as per SOPAssist with training staff members Requirements: MatricTertiary qualification preferredComputer literate - Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced, demanding environmentExcellent time management skillsAttention to detailAbility to use initiativeSkilled with a sense of urgency
