You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage with prospective clients, ask qualifying questions to determine their interest level, and transfer interested leads to sales consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to effectively navigate conversations to generate quality leads Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the company's products through social media advertisements. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust. Conduct a needs assessment by asking qualifying questions to determine the client's level of interest and potential fit for the product. Transfer interested leads to sales consultants for further follow-up and conversion. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets. Requirements: Previous experience in outbound call center roles or sales environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Matric/Grade 12, additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
