The Human Resources Department, which forms part of the Shared Services Division, seeks a dynamic, experienced, and innovative individual with advanced organisational design architecture expertise. The Freelancer (Independent Contractor) will be responsible for assisting management in designing a fit-for-purpose organisational structure aligned with the new strategic plan and implementing initiatives that will drive culture, change, and effectiveness.
