What's the Role:

We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator and a Customer Service Expert. You will ensure Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfilment of customer orders and provision of support to maintain effective logistics and sales functions across the region.

With your excellent organizational skills, you will thrive in a busy role and deliver timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable accuracy in order fulfilment.

You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Bradken Sales teams and Freight and Purchasing staff liaising about orders from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.

With utmost customer focus, you will support our Sales teams in providing up-to-date reporting on the progress of orders for the region.

Key Criteria:

· Experience in Customer Order Management on a Global level - essential
· Working experience in mining-related background preferred, but not essential
· Sales support experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
· Salesforce accreditation, preferred, but not essential
· Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills essential
· Shipping knowledge (imports/Exports) – essential
· English and Afrikaans language – essential
