Operations Manager(Remedy)

As an Operations Manager specializing in Remedy, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the Remedy system's operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Document and review problem records • Review and update standby roster • Review and log demand list for ops improvements • Service review • Capacity planning • OEM support report • Schedule and chair CAB • Prepare Weekly Ops Report for Weekly Ops meeting • Continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure that operational performance targets are adhered to Requirements SKILL SET(Remedy): • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ITIL best practices • In-depth knowledge of Remedy IT Service Management Suite and its modules • Good understanding with IT operations, including IT infrastructure, networking, and security • Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, such as data privacy, security, and auditing
