The Operations Manager (IFS) plays a critical role in overseeing the effective utilization and optimization of the Integrated Financial System within the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Document and review problem records

• Review and update standby roster

• Review and log demand list for ops improvements

• Capacity planning

• Schedule and chair CAB

• Prepare Weekly Ops Report for Weekly Ops meeting

• Ensure that operational performance targets are adhered to

Requirements SKILL SET(IFS):

• Strong understanding of IT FSM service management processes and ITIL best practices

• In-depth knowledge of IFS IT Service Management Suite and its modules

• Good understanding of IT operations, including IT infrastructure, networking, and security

• Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, such as data privacy, security, and auditing.
