What's in it for you - Salary: R6 500 – R8 000 per month depending on experience 40 days paid holiday annually Full remote working (8:30am – 17:00pm UK time) Mandatory Skills –at least 2years' experience in: Technical support/helpdesk experience Knowledge of software applications, networks, and troubleshooting techniques (advantageous) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult and complex situations Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong administration skills Duties include but not limited to - To act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email or remote software Where possible resolveissues according to the ticketing systems (Freshdesk) Analyse tickets and assign to the correct person/department Assist with purchasing of tech equipment and chasing up on orders You will utilize your outstanding customer service skills to promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Be responsible formaintainingaccurate records of all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and creating technical documentation to aid in future customer inquiries. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve issues while keeping clients and/or colleagues informed of progress and updates.
