Description:

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To deliver excellent critical care within the operational environment based on sound clinical judgment, current evidence, and to display clinical leadership with ER24.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:Bachelors of Technology (Btech) Emergency Medical Care or Bachelor Emergency Medical Care
DESIRED EDUCATION:None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:Newly qualified ECP / Operational EMS experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:Previous EMS Operational experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Oversee and ensure operational readiness for emergency calls
Administer patient care in line with scope of practice
Market and maintain a positive public image for ER24
Provide basic shift administration services
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Facilities, travel routes and demographical areaHPCSA guidelines and scope of practiceApplication of best practiceEMS environmentProficiency in the English language (written and verbal)Computer literate (Microsoft Office)Patient Report Forms
