Onsite Event Registration Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee the setup and management of the event registration area, ensuring a seamless check-in process for all guestsTrain and supervise temporary promotional staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to interact correctly and professionally with guestsEnsure all necessary equipment, including laptops and printers, are transported safely to the venue, set up correctly, and fully operational prior to the event's commencementMaintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of corporate eventsLiaise with Event Coordinators and other staff to ensure registration processes align with overall event objectivesAddress any issues or guest inquiries with poise and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees Requirements:Proven experience in hospitality / event management or a similar role, with a focus on registration processes and staff trainingExceptional grooming and presentation standards suitable for high-end corporate environmentsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate temporary staffExcellent organizational and logistical skills, with the capacity to handle transportation of event equipmentIT proficient in setting up and troubleshooting basic technical equipment (e.g., laptops, printers)Reliable transportation to carry event equipment and travel to various event locationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent guest serviceFlexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed for events#J-18808-Ljbffr
