Job Description

As a Project Support Office Administrator, you will ensure sound governance when reporting on capital spend and perform finance related administration functions as required.

In addition to this you will also
Ensure safe data capturing with daily backup
Review and publish documents according to group standards and ensure the key messaging and final document is communicated and distributed to key stakeholders timeously
Analyse reports and data for accuracy and maintain the document management system

This role is at our Johannesburg Corporate Office, at a Band 9 level reporting to the Project System Manager.

Qualifications
Matric
Degree Diploma in Admin Finance
Project or systems management or studying towards advantageous

You will need the following
Working understanding of project planning and project management administration experience
Business exposure in document management file administration creation, maintenance of electronically networked documents
Proficiency in financial background and report writing skills
Managing complex administration in coordinating information between large groups within different teams
Extensive SAP and Ms Office suite experience
