Office Admin Manager - Paarden Eiland, Cape Town - R18 000 - R23 000 PM Boat accessories and equipment company seeks an Office Manager to manage the back office of a branch office and ensure the achievement of the sales targets by supporting sales staff. You will report to the branch Sales Manager. About the Position: Sales and after-sales support Support with procurement of inventory and marketing materials responsible for efficient sales/order administration Import logistics and updating thereof, Liaison with Head Office in Holland as well as feedback to some clients Implementing and maintaining ISO processes and procedures Conducting monthly staff meetings and minutes thereof, Collating data on Sales and marketing trends Arranging staff/customer/Boat Show events etc. Making travel arrangements/customer visits for Managers Front of Office Duties Other ad hoc office-related duties to ensure a smooth daily operation. Monitors after-sales follow-up and service activities for the branch office Guides and monitors the order stream Gathers and reports a.o. local market data, -trends, revenue and margin developments, price developments, order patterns, sales conditions and product requirements to support the branch sales manager Min Requirements: Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification 5+yrs exp in a senior administrative role Own car English and Afrikaans
