The OEM Training Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and effective delivery of training programs to support the goals and objectives of the Original Equipment Manufacturer in a dealership environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Inductions Internal training initiatives OEM training Set standards and achieve OEM Audit points Ability to persuade / enforce management and employees to comply with training. MERSETA Discretionary grants exp (advantage) Available to travel between dealerships (when required) Training Program Coordination Organizing and coordinating training programs offered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for dealerships, service centres, and other stakeholders. Scheduling Managing the scheduling of training sessions, including arranging dates, venues, and trainers as needed. Participant Registration Handling the registration process for participants attending training sessions, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Communications Communicating with participants to provide information about upcoming training sessions, including schedules, requirements, and any pre-training materials. Materials Preparation Assisting in the preparation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and audiovisual aids. Evaluation and Feedback Collecting feedback from participants after training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Record-Keeping Maintaining accurate records of training attendance, participant feedback, and other relevant data. Vendor Liaison Serving as the primary point of contact between the OEM and training vendors or external training providers, ensuring alignment with OEM standards and objectives. Compliance Ensuring that training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and OEM requirements. Budget Management Assisting in the management of the training budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Continuous Improvement Identifying opportunities to enhance training programs and processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
