We are seeking aNurse Clinical Specialist with Men's Health expertise to join our vibrant team. The role involves providing clinical outreach care and education to remote Aboriginal male clients, focusing on culturally sensitive engagement and promoting wellness through preventative health checks. The ideal candidate should have experience in using health promotion and community development principles to plan, implement, and evaluate primary healthcare programs. They should also be comfortable driving amanual vehicle and willing to travel to remote communities.
The successful applicant willhave: Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible forsameGraduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to specialityareaExperience driving amanual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT DriversLicenceWillingness to travel to remote communities by 4 WD or light aircraft on aregular basis and stay for up to aweek asrequired.Alice Springs is aplace of great natural beauty and has athriving sporting, arts and cultural community.
