The main responsibility entails introducing new clients to our business and facilitating their account sign-up process with an exceptional experience. Engaging with new inquiries to the business, adeptly converting them into enthusiastic users of Sable FX's servicesImplementing and maintaining an efficient client process flowManaging and monitoring all incoming client inquiries and registrations through phone and email, ensuring comprehensive follow-ups and guiding them through our on-boarding processReviewing registration documents from clients and liaising with clients to ensure the documentation submitted is compliant in accordance with SARB and FICA regulationsManaging system-generated workflows and client information via our CRM system – ensuring it is updated as per client's records, documents and communicationAssisting the introducers and brokers with client documentation and accountsCross-selling Sable FX services to related businesses within the groupManaging an active, central client mailboxDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, different product providers, introducers, banks and clientsWould you like to apply?Send us an email ****** with your CV and one-page covering letter.
