Cooperating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumersCoordinating, supporting and supervising a diverse team and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere (e.g. recruitment, development, performance management, staffing)Implementing operational excellent processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve the consumer satisfaction as well as to increase efficiency and productivityOverseeing various departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer ExperienceSupporting Head Coach in implementing NIKE's strategy in your store (e.g. sustainability, membership, digital services)Providing reports about store activities, local marketplace and consumer insightsEnsuring that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelinesCooperating with your business partners across stores and HQWhat you get:
