Our client is looking for Night Auditor to join their company
Requirements 3 to 4 years of experience in a night audit position.Proficient in Opera SystemsStrong Management SkillsMatricRelevant qualification is required Job Duties Front Desk Operations:
Check-in and check-out guests during the overnight shift.Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.Handle reservations and room assignments.Financial Transactions:
Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash, and credit card payments.Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.Verify the accuracy of guest folios and billing information.Nightly Auditing:
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in charges and payments.Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Maintain records of cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers.Security and Safety:
Monitor security cameras and perform routine patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and premises.Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical incidents, following established protocols.Administrative Tasks:
Complete end-of-day procedures, including posting charges, generating reports, and preparing the hotel for the next day's operations.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging transportation or providing local area information. Salary:
