A collection of 5* luxury properties seeks a dynamic reservationist for a to join their Central Reservations team based in Randpark.Requirements:Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Reservations or other related lodge position at a 4- or 5-star lodge or 5-star luxury establishment. Pref experience working for multipropertiesMeticulous attention to detail, with exceptional administration and organizational skillsMust be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalHigh level of telephone etiquetteAble to work under pressure and can complete work timeously and accuratelyMust be able to absorb large amounts of information as our properties are diverseProficient in MS Word, Excel and OutlookBe fully computer literate and tech savvyAdhere to company proceduresOwn transport is preferred.
