(Budget Management - Develop and manage budgets related to educational transformation initiatives). Multi Brand:Generates multi-brand education  content and co-ordinates brand contentManages academies (allocation, strategy) in a multi-brand approach Ensures consistent execution across brandsBe the spokesperson for issues concerning the professionAccess:Drives implementation of the Access platform as a strategic growth driver and prepares its transformation to a social selling platformLeads an editorial content strategy to deliver best-in-class digital content to engage and educate our stylist via the Access platformImplements a data tracking strategy, using Access and other tools, to provide stylists with personalised solutions and the business with data insights which generate salesMust have leadership, project management, educational expertise, and communication skills. Excellent in Strategic Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the educational transformation team.Management:Expert community Lead for Education Managers across brands+ years in people management - Ability to drive changes and improvements within the educational sphere. Establish systems for evaluating team performance, curriculum effectiveness, and teaching methods.Ability to collaborate with educators and curriculum designers to create and update educational programs and courses that are innovative, relevant, and effective.Ability to provide training and support for educators and teams.Leads and animates functionallyReports to GMSits on MancomTECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Elevates customer experience & Service attitude – fosters empathy, knows customer profiles & transmits customer-centricityStrong experience in hairdressing & or beauty experience – Managing team of educators / BA's etc – with a training focus and upskilling passionKnowledge of brands' identities and value propositions & knows selective beauty universeAbility to strategize education to support PPD's overall strategy & go to marketDrives business through service & retail education – aligned to business priorities.
