Your responsibilities will include: Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platformAssist in creating as well as maintaining a robust sales pipelineAssist the Sales Area Leads with the restaurants sign-up processOperate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners in the assigned areas while reporting in to the Sales Area LeadsWork with Sales Area Leads to strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performanceEnsure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partnersAssist with all device-related queries from restaurant partnersAssist with delivery of marketing material to various restaurants when requiredTrain restaurant staff on use of the Mr D restaurant deviceEnsure strict restaurant visit standards are maintainedAttributes required: Excellent communication skillsA highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approachKnowledge of the local restaurant industryExhibit the ability to self-motivateExtremely competitive and relentless; a love for winningAbility to work and keep up in a fast-paced environmentAccurateOwn transport essentialBeneficial but not required: Proficiency in using CRM toolsPrior experience in the hospitality industryTertiary qualificationQualifications: MatricMinimum 1 year Prior sales or account management experienceLet's talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
