Purpose of Role To assist in the execution of merchandising efforts and advertising campaigns across the Mr D grocery vertical.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensure effective campaign planning, execution and improving advertising performance.Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. This involves, but not limited to:
- Assist with proposals where necessary
Booking of campaigns into Asana and check against marketing calendar
- Insertion order and contract completion; ensure work does not commence without signed insertion orders.
- Liaise with client on creative assets; manage through to approval
- Liaise with client on focus products, set up meetings etc
- Loading campaigns on our digital platforms and backend
- Compile POF (proof of flight) once campaign is live on app
- Compile Full Report - Send a detailed report to clients
- Once campaign has ended, request invoice from Finance
- Provide detailed analysis and reports to clients on campaign performance and delivery together with invoiceIdentify opportunities to improve campaign results and budget savings through innovative campaign productionDaily analysis of campaign performance and deliveryEvaluation of advertising briefsPerformance manage Sponsored campaigns once rolled out on the platformsOptimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROIPlan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channelsCollaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content aligned with the overall marketing strategy.Utilize analytics tools such as Looker Dashboards to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaignsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to suggest and implement innovative campaign ideas.Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, when necessary, to support campaign objectives.Attributes required: Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrityA passion for online digital marketing/advertisingBias towards action and solution-orientedA self-starter and fast learner with an active thirst for knowledgeWilling to take direction and able to work independently, demonstrating initiativeHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailAbility to multi-task and to meet tight deadlinesComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentConfident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quicklyA strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimizations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative campaign ideas.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diplomas in Marketing/AdvertisingAt least 1-3 years digital campaign management experience is a prerequisiteLet's talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
