Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• B Tech/B Degree in one of the following (Built Environment, Geomatics or Surveying or Cartography/GIS, or Engineering or Environmental or Law or Town Planning) at NQF 7 with 360 credits

Experience:

• 7 years’ experience in the build environment space

Key Responsibilities
• Optimise the operations of Land and Servitude Management by directing the final cartographic survey and efficient registering and maintaining servitude, land and property rights in specific terms with the Deeds Office
• Integrate with and direct the Asset Creation plans as they apply to asset records
• Integrate and direct the Land Development and Management Functions together with other functions such as Investigations, Spatial Database Management
• Positioning of Land & Servitude Management in the Business Unit
• Manage external stakeholders such as land owners, government’s Deeds Office, public communities, etc.
• Provide effective management and leadership of the section
