Job Purpose To successfully implement and support payroll and base HR modules for new and existing clients on PaySpace by analysing the client's requirements, configuring the system, migrating the data and balancing the figures. The junior role is mostly focused on small to medium size companies with a headcount of less than 500. The junior role will also assist mid and senior consultants on larger projects where required.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensures customer excellence

Finance Ensures Cost savings and efficiencies in area of accountability Self- development Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Prepare personal development plans in conjunction with Manager and implement in line with business requirements.Ensures teamwork to achieve shared goalsPayroll and base HR Implementations Configure system according to the client's requirementsMigrate data from client's current system to new systemHandover to support/outsource department once completedFollow the standard implementations process for small to medium clientsPost-Implementation support Provide support via email and/or telephone to new clients for a period of time after implementation until handover to support divisionGeneral Duties Adhoc consulting work as and when required by the clientAssist the implementations team in larger implementations as and when requiredSystem Testing Test new system functionality by following the prescribed testing processUnderstand their role within the organisation from an information security perspective and commit to protecting the organisation's security information assetsRequirements Full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislationAt least 1 year experience in payroll consultingAt least 1 year experience in human resources processes and consultingAdvanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etcCreative and innovativeDemonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situationsStrong interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
