Media Studio Manager

Job Overview · To lead the creative team of designers and copywriters to produce print and digital marketing materials from conception to completion and show an aptitude not only for the creative side, but for the business side of advertising and marketing. · Assist marketing team by undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities · To support the marketing manager in landing strategic projects through the media team Client management and relationship building with key stakeholders · Managing of design studio - graphic design and copywriting · Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients, including email templates, banners, brochures, leaflets and website mock-ups · Reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by studio · Presenting final layouts to Marketing Director · Ensure that the artwork is in line with the brand CI · Ensure all briefing and approval processes are followed · Overseas production requirements and schedule laid out by Traffic Coordinator · Collaborate internally and with marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms · Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts / Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools · Pre- and post-production quality checks signing off on print ready artwork and print proofs from printer · Assisting in generating multiple concepts for a campaign or project and execution thereof · Monthly KPI report and presentations · Compiling Marketing and KPI reports · Media buying and negotiating and with media houses print, radio etc. · Event coordination · Managing the marketing budget · Assist with CSI projects · Dealing with PR agency · Assisting Marketing Manager in all aspects of the marketing projects within First Group and its affiliated companies Skills · Staff Management · Strict adherence to brand and process · Customer focus · Time management · Teamwork · Administration and management · Accuracy and attention to detail · Agility and ability to pivot quickly
