Fawkes and Reece are working with a design and build construction company that are on the look out to add a Mechanical Contracts Manager to their London division.
An established business that has a strong reputation of completing projects in the full 360, and aim to self-deliver all MEP. After securing several new Commercial and Data Centre projects, they are now looking to add new additions to help deliver these schemes.
We are dealing with the Divisional Director of the London business, which can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the chosen individual and help this person grow and develop their own personal aspirations.
Have you ever wanted to get that Data Centre experience under your belt, but have always been pushed back because you haven't worked on one before? Our client are strong believers in the fact there are much more complex projects to relate experience too instead of just looking at Data Centres on CVs.
They are ideally looking for a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager that has had experience managing projects around the £7m to £10m in Mechanical value and managing multiple projects will help your application.
