Md / General Manager

We are currently looking for GM / MD – The candidate applying for this role must have Mining equipment manufacturing / Automotive or rail Manufacturing Industries Experience) – role based in Gauteng.
The following Competencies are critical for this role
o The person must have extensive Manufacturing experience , can be from mining, Rail Manufacturing or automotive industries.
o P&L experience must have GM or MD experience and have had several functions reporting to them.
o Commercial experience should have managed a contract before. Customer relations with stakeholder experience
o Strategy Experience, setting up a strategy, have they had the experience of turning around things in an organization, what value have they brought in any organization they have managed?
o People leadership, experience with Labour Unions
o Operations experience and excellent understanding i.e. production & productivity, efficiency, quality, and supply chain
o Good understanding of the SA market compliance requirements i.e. BBBEE, Localization etc.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), and/or Engineering
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management
