Are you someone who can: Develop and ensure execution of integrated financial strategies to maximise growth across business areasManage execution of eBucks marketing strategy through activites that align to the achievement of business KPIs and prioritiesDevelop integrated frameworks, guidelines and optimisation plans to drive cuatomer acquisition, retention, profitability and economic value addEnsure financial strategies and processes are consistent with the objectives of the GroupBalance immediate value against long term sustainability and local and global considerationsInfluence and align strategic intent and delivery to add value for customers and shareholders. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and FirstRand internal compliance procedures and requirementsEnsure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by GroupDesign and implement a control framework to ensure the integrity of operations and practices across marketing executionAnticipate and apply and policies/procedures to manage and control both financial and non-financial risksEnsure compliance with audit requirementsInvestigate and implement measures to correct audit findingsAlign, integrate and innovate area of accountability to enable the creation of integrated and specialised solutions and create a sustainable competitive advantage for BusinessExecute relevant business initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progressParticipate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvementMaintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging conditions affecting industry and/or business through forecasting and analysis across First RandMaintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide of advice to relevant stakeholdersMaintain up to date knowledge of local and global trends by working closely with Customer Insights and Analytics team Provide thought leadership and expertise to the business and to the MarketingEnsure that sales strategies are aligned across customer value propositionActively pursue opportunities that may increase acquisition and improve customer retentionEnsure regular audits and surveys are done to measure and track business performance against financial goals.
