Are you someone who can: Development and execution of appropriate and efficient market research and analysis projects to uncover insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapePartners with senior marketing colleagues to ensure integrated analyses, insights, and recommendations that will impact marketing KPIsDevelop and ensure effective management and implementation of practices and client service delivery and efficiency models.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters.Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.Manages risks in own area of responsibility.Draft supplier contracts and ensure SLAs and NDAs are managed in line with industry best practice.Helps drive a culture of deep, consumer understanding and insights lead strategy and activity in broader marketing team You will be an ideal candidate if you: Excellent analytical skills and know how to use the data to tell a concise storyCuriosity and creativity to find innovation ways to conduct research and get closer to customersPostgraduate degree in related field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, with preference for qualifications with analytics and statistics6 - 8 years of experience in consumer insights or market researchExperience with qualitative and quantitative market research techniques, market sizing, competitive analysis (predictive modelling advantageous).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Personal Attributes T e ch Sa v vy wit h co n fide n c e i n u s i n g mu l ti p le s y s t e m s.
