Managment Couple - Bela Bela

8 Room Lodge in the Bela Bela area is looking for a Management Couple, ideally a couple with Guiding / Maintenance and Spa experience. Due to the size of the lodge the couple should be able to manage the following departments independently: manage staff, kitchen, maintenance, admin and do hosting.Field Guide / Maintenance:We are looking for someone with integrity, excellent guest relations, who is knowledgeable, presentable. Must be willing to assist with maintenance, Hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge.Requirements:Guiding qualificationsAble to assist and management maintenance.General & staff management skillsDrivers license & PDPExperience within a Big 5 Game ReserveManager with either Spa Therapist or / and admin background:Ideally someone who is a qualified and experienced spa therapist, as well computer literate. She must be able to provide therapist functions or oversee spa facilities on site. She must have integrity, excellent guest relations, knowledgeable, presentable. She must be willing to assist with Hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge.Duties include:Assisting in the Management of the lodge & SpaAssisting with administrationReservationsMust assist with marketingHygiene, cleanliness and preparation of the lodge & spaManagement and stock take of productsRequirements:Formal qualificationQualification in Somatology would be an advantageComputer literatePackage on offer:Live in positionCycles 3 week on and 1 week off.One bedroom house with large open plan living room and kitchen. Private yard and braai area.Meals provided when on duty.
