Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

National Diploma Technical

Experience:

2 Years as Unit Controller Post Qualification, 2 Years in a Supervisor Position and 1 Year as a Senior Controller or similar technical exposure

Skills and Competencies

Behavioural – Integrity, Honesty, Trustworthiness

Leadership – Coaching, Team Player

Knowledge – PSR and ORHVS (Authorised)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the continuity of supply without jeopardising plant and safety of personnel and to meet production requirements
Manage Human Resources activities
Manage Operating related incidents and investigations as delegated
Manage the safety risk programme
Manage any emergency and emergent work while on shift
Control budget as Cost Centre Controller
